Founded in 2004 as Borneo Aqua Harvest Berhad and initially focused on aquaculture, the Company secured listing on the ACE Market of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 2005. In 2018, the Company changed its name to Bahvest Resources Berhad to reflect its strategic expansion into the gold mining and production sector, which subsequently also became its core business. On 12 December 2024, continuing our journey of growth and transformation, the company rebranded itself and today we are proudly known as AuMas Resources Berhad.

AuMas Resources Berhad operates a portfolio of well-established mines characterized by efficient use of modern equipment, low-cost, large-scale processes and minimum reliance on third-party infrastructure. Mining operations are based in Bukit Mantri site in Tawau, Sabah. Focusing on maximization of the potential of its existing producing assets, the Company is well-positioned to capitalize on low-risk cost-efficient expansion opportunities provided by its operating mines. We ensure a work environment where everyone goes home safe and healthy every day, and where everyone actively contributes to this outcome; operating and developing mines in line with strong environmental, social and governance practices; developing a diverse workforce; and developing and maintaining strong relationships with our communities and governments.

AuMas Resources Berhad is already working towards the upgrading of their plant to accommodate larger capacity productions at higher efficiencies.
